Caring about you when you need it most - 28 years in healthcare

On March 15, 2015, the Hospital marked its 28th anniversary in serving the people of Maldives. To commemorate the milestone, the hospital inaugurated new state-of-the-art ICU and NICU facilities. In addition, the Hospital inaugurated, for the first time in Maldives a teaching facility, School of Health Sciences, ADKHospital.

 

Continuing Medical Education Program- Emerging Trends in Surgical Oncology

As part of the initiations from ADK Hospital to bring Cancer Services to the Maldives, a CME was held by the Hospital for doctors and nurses and other related professionals on 3rd February 2015. The CME was conducted by Dr KVVN Raju, Senior Surgical Oncologist at Indo American Cancer Hospital.

 

Cancer Walk - World Cancer Day, 4 February 2015

As part of commemorating World Cancer Day 2015, with the slogan of "Not Beyond Us", ADK Hospital in collaboration with Indo-American Cancer Hospital, India, the Indian High Commission and Cancer Society of Maldives, will conduct a walk in Male to create awareness on Cancer. The Walk begins at Artificial Beach at 4:00pm and will be followed by a Yoga class. It is our request that all of you join hands and participate in this event.

 

Happy New Year

The Hospital wishes to take this opportunity to wish everyone a very Happy New Year. We wish everyone good health and prosperity. Note that during this Holiday period, the Hospital's specialist services will not operate on the following Public Holidays. However, inpatient and emergency services will operate as usual.
