Prophet Mohamed's Birthday

We bring you greetings on the occasion of Prophet Mohamed's Birthday. The hospital wishes to inform that all Specialist OPDs and Administration will be closed on 12 Rabee'ul Awwal 1434 (24 January 2013) on the occision of Prophet Mohame'd Birthday and on Friday 25 January 2013. However, emergency and IPD services will operate as usual. In cases of real emergencies where specialist services are needed, our on call specialists will be made available.

 

Moving towards quality, safe, patient-centered care

This year ADK Hospital embarks on a theme of quality, safe and patient centered care. Many efforts are put forward to re-align the services and orient care to a new level with the patient as the center. This is a shift in paradigm for most of the current care processes but will of course help to improve care and patient satisfaction and well as the outcome for the patient.

Dr Nuzha Mohamed joins ADK Hospital as Senior Consultant in Dermatology

ADK Hospital is pleased to announce that, Dr. Nuzha Mohamed, one of the most prominent dermatologists in the Maldives have joined the Hospital exclusively. She has started routine practice at the Hospital effective from January 2, 2013. The Managenet and the staff of the Hospital welcomes the addition to the team and convey their best wishes to Dr. Nuzha in her new employment.

The year 2012 was an year where we have undergone a number of changes to lay new foundations to improve quality of care and especially to further orient care towards the patient.
